If longin information is given by your person to any third party, this may render technical services unprovidable in fixing errors caused by third parties. If you have questions or wish to make changes to your site it would be best to contact your designer or technical support.
Accessing and upatin your information via Account Manager
As a courtesy to customers and to help compliance with out TERMS OF SERVICE a client portal has been created to update information, and to be able to make payments via our online gateway. Any and all information is secure in transmission, but please remember that unsafe transmission types may leave you vulnerable to unsavory extrapolation of data (such as insecure person wireless networks, public computer such as library or wifi hot spots etc) and is always recommended to clear any cookies/ history/ files when not in a private setting.
Accessing help via customer portal ticketing system:
The customer portal ticketing system is good for obtaining support from our Tech/ Designer/ Billing support staff but all inquiries are sent in plain text and should not include any private data, private data is defined as any and all information that you would not feel comfortable reciting outloud in a public place.
Changes to this policy may be committed any any time that Hahnmark Media or its constituents have the need to do so.
